I have been so happy I made the decision to use Liana's billing service for my psychotherapy private practice. I never waste any time calling insurance or trying to figure out billing issues. Working with Liana and her team is very easy. They reach out when there's a problem or question. However, for the most part they simply take care of everything without me even having to ask. As a therapist I want my efforts to go toward my work with clients and not toward hours on billing. Liana's team is efficient and always gets back to me promptly.
